An advanced French course focused on developing ease with authentic language, deeper expression, and readiness for sustained reading, discussion, and literary engagement.
Who this is for
Ages 13+ (grades 9–12)
By the end of this course, students will be able to…
- Read and discuss French stories, including a longer work such as Sans Famille
- Talk in French about daily life and weekend activities
- Study grammar in stories and in a grammar textbook
How it works
Live class with 10–12 students, so every child has time to speak.
Monday 1:00–2:00 PM ET (once per week) plus ~60 minutes of independent work weekly.
August–May.
Parents do not need to know French.

Taught by Julie, a native French speaker and French immersion teacher.
