Beginner French Course
A self-paced course for grades 4+. Students learn to talk about everyday life, including family, the outdoors, hobbies, and household chores, through art, rhymes, poetry, stories, and guided conversation. If you would like to add live practice sessions, you can enroll in those once you purchase the course.

- Answer guided questions and begin to shape French into their own sentences
How it works
Self-paced. Each week is designed as two main lessons (~30 minutes) plus three review videos (~10 minutes).
10 Live Practice Sessions: Monthly meetings will be on Mondays at 2:15 PM ET.
Parents do not need to know French.

Each week follows a lesson, review, lesson, review, review pattern. You need not finish all five in one week, and it is important to watch and do every video.
Student expectations
You will probably want a French notebook for notes. I recommend using the series as copywork so you become familiar with French spelling early. The 30-week course follows the weekly pattern above; pace it to fit your home, but watch and complete every video.
